Production Team Leader

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations within the Engineering & Manufacturing department.
• Ensure team members meet production targets and maintain quality standards.
• Lead, motivate, and support team members to achieve individual and team goals.
• Coordinate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Monitor equipment and tools to ensure optimal functionality and safety compliance.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on team performance.
• Identify training needs and organise skill development programmes for team members.
• Promote a safe and productive working environment in line with company policies.
