Job Description

  • Leading and managing a productive team within the Engineering & Manufacturing department.
  • Ensuring all production targets are met.
  • Implementing strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Maintaining a safe and clean work environment in compliance with company policies.
  • Ensuring product quality standards are met.
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Providing training and development opportunities for team members.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving any production issues that arise.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Production Team Leader' should have:

  • Previous experience in a leadership role within the FMCG industry.
  • Exceptional team management and leadership skills.
