Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate shift activities to meet production targets and deadlines.

  • Lead, support, and motivate a team of production staff during shifts.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure functionality.

  • Implement and uphold company policies and procedures during all shifts.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Shift Manager should have:
