Job Description

The Product Manager role will include:

  • Lead product strategy and roadmap development, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Manage and communicate product launch plans to cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation through to launch and post-launch management.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing and engineering teams to ensure product success in the market.
  • Collect and analyse market data to guide product development and positioning.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer needs and translate them into product requirements.
  • Monitor product performance and initiate improvements where necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with industrial / manufacturing regulations and standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Product Manager should have:

  • 5+ years experience in Product Management.
  • Experience working with PHYSICAL B2B products, software product experience will not be considered.
  • A degree in business, marketing, engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in product management within the industrial / manufacturing sector.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities and a data-driven approach.
  • Good understanding of the industrial / manufacturing market and customer needs.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
