Job Description

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies in alignment with company objectives
  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts for goods and services
  • Ensure procurement processes are compliant with regulatory requirements
  • Lead and mentor a team in the procurement & supply chain department
  • Drive cost savings and efficiency improvements in procurement activities
  • Analyse market trends and apply insights to procurement strategies
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and reports
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated business processes

The Successful Applicant

A successful Procurement Business Partner should have:

  • A degree qualification in a relevant field
  • Experience in procurement within the not-for-profit or charity sector
  • Leadership skills and experience managing a team
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of public sector procurement regulations and compliance
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
