Job Description

  • Identify, develop and implement process improvements in the manufacturing environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency.
  • Use data-driven approaches to analyse and optimise process performance.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects from conception to completion.
  • Train staff on new processes and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for process improvements.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to communicate project status and results.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Process Improvement Engineer should have:

  • Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in process improvement within the industrial / manufacturing sector.
