Rare opportunity to join the investment team as they grow the business organically in the UK, providing excellent opportunities for progression as the fund structures increase. Whilst being a sector-agnostic Real Estate specialist (£20-£250m tickets), they have significant experience in value-add, standing assets in Offices and Logistics. In addition, they have transacted on land / development, Residential / Strat Land, forward funding as well as providing loans across multiple sectors.
