Job Description

  • Advising individuals and families on wills, executries, and trusts.
  • Handling inheritance tax and succession planning matters.
  • Drafting complex wills, powers of attorney, and estate planning documents.
  • Managing estate administration and overseeing trust structures.
  • Staying up to date with legislative changes to provide the best legal advice



The Successful Applicant

  • A solicitor with at least 5 years' PQE in private client law.
  • Experienced in wills, trusts, executries, and tax planning.
  • STEP-qualified or working towards the qualification (preferred but not essential).
  • Client-focused, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
