Private Client Solicitor

As a Private Client Solicitor you will provide legal advice to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net worth individuals, families, business owners and entrepreneurs, landowners and landlords, corporate trustees and fiduciary service providers and charities. The team encourage collaborative working and promote a working environment which fosters discussion and support for solicitors who are typically entrusted with a significant degree of autonomy.

Duties will include:

• Ability to run caseload from start to finish with minimal supervision
• Advising on/drafting Wills, Probate and Estate Administration and Inheritance Tax mitigation
• Advising on HNW/UHNW estate planning
• Familiarity with relevant tax legislation
• Knowledge of trusts establishment, taxation and administration

Desirable:

• Experience dealing with the formation and taxation of family investment companies is preferred but not essential
• STEP qualification preferable, though not essential. Financial support available for candidates without STEP qualification to take the relevant examinations
