As a Private Client Solicitor you will be joining an award winning team of over 40 individuals.Job DescriptionAs a Private Client Solicitor you will provide legal advice to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net worth individuals, families, business owners and entrepreneurs, landowners and landlords, corporate trustees and fiduciary service providers and charities. The team encourage collaborative working and promote a working environment which fosters discussion and support for solicitors who are typically entrusted with a significant degree of autonomy.Duties will include:Ability to run caseload from start to finish with minimal supervisionAdvising on/drafting Wills, Probate and Estate Administration and Inheritance Tax mitigationAdvising on HNW/UHNW estate planningFamiliarity with relevant tax legislationKnowledge of trusts establishment, taxation and administrationDesirable:Experience dealing with the formation and taxation of family investment companies is preferred but not essentialSTEP qualification preferable, though not essential. Financial support available for candidates without STEP qualification to take the relevant examinationsThe Successful ApplicantYou will be a Private Client Solicitor of between 1-5 PQE.
