Job Description

The Private Client Solicitor will be:



  • Managing a caseload focused on wills, lasting powers of attorney, estate planning, and probate matters


  • Drafting and reviewing key legal documents related to private client services


  • Advising clients and liaising with internal teams to deliver high-quality, client-centric legal support


  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best-practice standards


  • Building strong client relationships while supporting the growth of the legal function

The Successful Applicant

The Private Client Solicitor should be:



  • A qualified solicitor in private client work (wills, probate, LPAs, estate planning)


  • Confident in independently managing sensitive client matters with discretion and professionalism


  • Highly organised, client-focused, and pragmatic in their approach


  • Collaborative, able to work seamlessly within an integrated legal and advisory team
