Job Description

The Private Client Senior Associate will:



  • Provide expert advice on tax planning, estate administration, and succession.


  • Assist clients with Will drafting, trust formation, and tax mitigation strategies.


  • Collaborate with financial professionals to offer holistic legal solutions.


  • Manage complex cases for high-net-worth individuals, families, and charities.


  • Advise international clients on UK estate tax exposure and planning.

The Successful Applicant

The Private Client Senior Associate should be:



  • A solicitor or equivalent with 5+ years PQE in private client law.


  • Experienced in handling high-net-worth estates, trusts, and tax matters.


  • Knowledgeable in international estate planning and mitigation strategies.


  • Strong in client relationship management and able to collaborate effectively with financial advisors.
