Job Description

  • Providing high-quality legal advice to clients on private client and tax matters.
  • Leading and developing the legal department.
  • Quick route to progression with succession planning in mind.
  • Implementing strategies to improve department performance.
  • Maintaining and enhancing client relationships in the professional services industry.
  • Developing new client relationships and expanding the firm's client base.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal standards and regulations.
  • Contributing to the firm's overall strategic development.
  • Working collaboratively with other departments and partners.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Private Client Partner should have:

  • A degree in Law or a related field.
  • Expertise in private client and tax law.
  • Experience working with high and ultra-high net-worth clients.
  • Proven leadership and team development skills.
  • Strong relationship-building capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to implement strategic plans and initiatives.
  • Open to Senior Associates/Legal Directors.
