Job Description



  • Leading and managing private client workstreams, ensuring excellent service delivery


  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships to grow the practice


  • Mentoring and developing junior team members to build a high-performing team


  • Contributing to strategic business development and firm leadership


  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and firm standards



The Successful Applicant



  • A solicitor or equivalent with substantial private client experience and leadership skills


  • Experienced in managing complex client matters including estate planning, wills, trusts, and succession


  • Proven in business development and client relationship management


  • Skilled in mentoring and team leadership


  • Committed to high standards of professional service and compliance
