Job Description

As a Private Capital/Investment Funds Knowledge Lawyer you will be responsible for:

  • Tracking and analysing forthcoming private capital legal, regulatory and compliance related developments.
  • Working on the preparation of pitch mandates, deal teasers and marketing publications where the mandate requires input on private capital legal knowledge.
  • Assisting in the preparation and delivery of training programmes on private capital legislation issues.
  • Working with the Firm's thought leadership board on firm wide campaigns.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have extensive experience of working on Private Capital and Investment Funds legal transactions. You should be available at short notice and have practised as a Lawyer in the UK at a leading international law firm.
