I am currently on the look out for a Pricing Analyst for a 3 month contract!The successful candidate will have experience within a finance analyst role and ideally knowledge of SAP.

About Our Client

An growing international organisation. You would be joining a small team of around 5 who deal with the commercial side of the business.

Job Description

  • Manage pricing discrepancies identified by the Customer Services team through to
  • resolution to ensure minimal down time of orders flowing through the SAP system
  • Manage the group mailboxes and ensure queries are dealt within department KPI's
  • Update and maintain price lists on SAP systems as directed
  • Monitor monthly pricing expiries and update SAP system accordingly
  • Manage Customer pricing extension and update ERP system accordingly
  • Support the communication of pricing data to commercial teams to drive decisions.
  • Update commercial price lists as required
  • Maintain pricing tool data as directed
  • Support price review communication as required
  • Support the Pricing Analyst on ad hoc reporting and administration tasks.
  • Liaising with commercial teams to ensure the efficient delivery of contract and termination
  • requests and information gathering as required
  • Collaborate with internal business functions on contract details and terminations.
  • Ensure that contract terms and conditions are communicated to internal business functions
  • and reflected within company processes and systems
  • Maintenance of various databases and process updates.
  • Support the Contracts and Tender Manager on ad hoc reporting and administration tasks

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong organizational skills and administration
  • SAP skills
  • Customer service experience, working in a customer service environment
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Able to build strong relationship within a team environment for problem resolution
  • Strong analytical and research skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to prioritize own workload with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
