Job Description

Creative PR & Strategic Communication Strategy Development:

  • Design impactful national and regional PR campaigns.
  • Align strategies with the organisations objectives to boost income and raise awareness.
  • Utilize audience insights to craft compelling narratives.



Monitoring & Evaluation:

  • Track and evaluate PR activities' effectiveness.
  • Identify key learnings to refine strategies and improve ROI



Proactive Media Coverage:

  • Sustain media coverage during non-campaign periods.
  • Showcase the organisations impact through engaging media activities.
  • Collaborate with celebrities, influencers, and partners on high-profile projects.



Crisis & Strategic Communications:

  • Manage reputational risks and crisis communication.
  • Collaborate with leadership to protect the brand.



Editorial Excellence:

  • Lead press material creation and ensure editorial quality.
  • Align media outreach with their strategic goals.



Press Office & On-Call Management:

  • Oversee the smooth operation of the Press Office, handling inquiries during office hours and out-of-hours.

The Successful Applicant

  • PR Strategy & Campaigns: Proven experience in planning, leading, and evaluating national and regional PR campaigns.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong skills in relationship building and managing key stakeholders.
  • Crisis & Reputation Management: Experience in handling crisis communications and mitigating reputational risks.
  • Creative Idea Generation: Ability to develop fresh, creative ideas that secure media coverage.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Excellent writing, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Line Management: Experience in managing teams, including performance and professional development.
  • Project Management: Skilled in managing multiple projects and meeting strict deadlines under pressure.
