Job Description

Key responsibilities of the PR & Marketing Manager:

  • Develop and execute innovative marketing and PR strategies.
  • Lead and inspire a team to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate PR & marketing campaign effectiveness.
  • Maintain a consistent and positive brand image across all platforms.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with media outlets and influencers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create sales-driven marketing initiatives.
  • Manage marketing budget and ensure return on investment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful PR & Marketing Manager should have:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar PR & Marketing role within the retail industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in PR and marketing software and tools.
  • A creative mindset with a strategic and analytical approach.
