Job Description



The successful Junior Client Services Officer will:

  • Manage client accounts, ensuring payments are processed efficiently and service-level agreements are met.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve queries and improve processes.
  • Support the execution of transactions and help maintain strong client relationships.
  • Identify potential improvements in systems and workflows, contributing to overall efficiency.
  • Assist senior team members in ensuring the smooth running of the Client Services department.



The Successful Applicant

  • Has some experience in client servicing, ideally within financial services, and a keen interest in the sector.
  • Possesses strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
  • Enjoys working collaboratively and can build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
