Job Description

  • Oversee a portfolio of complex, high-value transactions across multiple sectors.
  • Engage with key corporate and commercial banking clients, ensuring strong relationship management.
  • Identify and monitor emerging risks, ensuring sound credit and portfolio management.
  • Work closely with origination teams to support new lending requests and client needs.
  • Gain exposure to credit committees, risk control, and structured finance strategy.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in UK mid-market leveraged finance, either in origination or portfolio management.
  • Strong financial modelling, credit risk assessment, and sensitivity analysis skills.
  • Ability to manage legal documentation and negotiate with external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Background in corporate banking, structured finance, or private equity lending.
