Job Description

  • Support the creation and review of corporate policies to ensure compliance with organisational standards.
  • Assist in the implementation of new policies across the organisation.
  • Maintain accurate records of all policy documents and updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather input and feedback on policy drafts.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and ensure policies remain up-to-date with external requirements.
  • Prepare reports and summaries on policy developments for senior stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support for policy-related meetings and initiatives.
  • Respond to internal queries regarding corporate policies and procedures.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate Policy Coordinator should have:

  • Experience in policy development or a related administrative role, preferably in the not-for-profit sector.
  • A strong understanding of regulatory compliance and governance principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
