Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsAre you an experienced Planner/Scheduler?Do you have experience in a management level role?About Our ClientThis organisation are renowned for its commitment to providing quality services to the community, the company prides itself on its high-performance teams and value-driven work environment.Job DescriptionThis role will involve:Coordinating daily interactions between planning teams, customer service, and maintenance teams to ensure repairs are handled efficiently while fostering strong relationships.Collaborating with tenants and leaseholders to enhance service delivery, take part in resident forums, and contribute to the co-regulation approachEmbody the core values and mission of the business ensuring confidentiality of personal data and delivering a high-quality, cost-effective service centred on customer needs.Overseeing task completion timelines, prioritise workloads, and manage administration to meet performance goals and financial objectives, emphasising accurate and timely repairs.Allocating work to technicians effectively to maximise monthly revenue, ensuring ICT systems are updated with accurate repair statuses.Maintaining smooth operations by resolving technical challenges, ensuring effective communication with on-site staff, and verifying the accuracy of system data.Inspiring and supporting the planning team by promoting a culture of trust, inclusion, and safety, while driving measurable performance improvements.Overseeing all aspects of staff management throughout their employment, encourage positive engagement with staff representatives, and represent the client as a leading organisation internally and externally.Adhering to health and safety guidelines, support equality and diversity initiatives, and participate in essential training, drills, and organisational meetings.Report progress and key updates to managers, contribute to meetings with prepared materials, and perform additional duties as required, including stepping in for other teams when needed.The Successful ApplicantIdeally you will be:Educated to A-level standard or equivalent experience, with essential IT literacy (MS Office) and proficiency in database systems.
