Job Description

  • Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently, adhering to all regulatory standards.
  • Provide expert advice to customers on medications and healthcare solutions.
  • Ensure the safe and secure storage of pharmaceutical products.
  • Oversee inventory management, including stock ordering and control.
  • Supervise and support pharmacy staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Deliver services such as health checks and immunisations where applicable.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with data protection laws.
  • Identify opportunities to improve pharmacy operations and services.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Pharmacist should have:

  • A recognised qualification in pharmacy and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Strong knowledge of medications, healthcare practices, and relevant regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a retail healthcare setting.
