Job Description

  • Manage and progress personal injury case files from start to resolution.
  • Prepare and draft legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, and third parties to gather necessary information.
  • Conduct legal research to support case strategies and decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed case records and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing cases for hearings, settlements, or trials.
  • Provide administrative support to the legal team as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Personal Injury Paralegal should have:
