We are seeking a dedicated and professional Personal Assistant to join our client for a 12 month FTC in London. The role involves supporting the team in a variety of administrative tasks and managing a demanding workload effectively.

Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team.
  • Manage and organise complex diaries and schedules.
  • Assist 1-2-1
  • 12 month FTC
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external organisations.
  • Manage and reconcile expense reports.
  • Organise and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain office systems, including data management and filing.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Personal Assistant should have:

  • Qualifications in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant in the Legal industry.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other office management systems.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise work.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
