Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence for senior staff members.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and handle expense claims.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure sensitive information is handled confidentially.
  • Assist in organising events and departmental activities as required.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration.
  • Support the team with general office duties, including filing, data entry, and responding to inquiries.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Personal Assistant should have:

  • Proven administrative or secretarial experience, ideally in a similar role.
