Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to the People Team.
  • Manage HR-related documentation, ensuring records are up-to-date and compliant.
  • Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and collating feedback.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and induction processes.
  • Respond to internal and external HR-related enquiries.
  • Contribute to HR projects as required.
  • Ensure strict confidentiality and privacy of HR data.
  • Support in fostering a positive company culture.

The Successful Applicant

A successful People Team Administrator should have:

  • A solid understanding of HR practices and employment legislation.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • A commitment to maintaining high standards of confidentiality and integrity.
