Located in the heart of London, they cultivate a vibrant culture that fosters creativity and employee growth.Job DescriptionWhat you'll be doing:Provide professional HR support to colleagues within the EMEA region.Identifying case trends, seeking out opportunities for process improvement, proactively looking at ways to support employee and manager self-service and streamline processes.Managing family leave and flexible working requests, working with managers and employees to support the leave of absence and flexible working processes.Managing benefits processes.Supporting the onboarding process and leading new starter inductions.Carrying out pre-employment checks relating to referencing and/or right to work, ensuring compliance with our screening policy and Home Office requirements in a timely manner.Maintaining accurate records in Workday and other HR systems, ensuring that documentation is stored appropriately and in line with data protection requirements.Producing letters, contracts, and other employee documentation in an accurate and timely way.Building strong working relationships with colleagues, partners, and the People team, treating employees fairly and in line with good practice and legislation. Raising issues that cannot be resolved at first point of contact.The Successful ApplicantWhat we are looking for:Experienced HR Advisory role with exposure to HR processes, policies and best practice across multiple countries in the EMEA region.Someone who thrives in a team environment, working closely and collaboratively with others to deliver results.Process improvement - proactively identifies areas for enhancement and promotes change.Confident in leading in-person onboarding sessionsDemonstrates curiosity, seeks to understand the why as well as the howDemonstrates a good understanding of the HR legal principles for UK and rest of EMEA and leads process and projects with a high degree of consistencyIn-depth knowledge of UK right to work requirements and the ability to maintain compliance.Exceptional organisational skills with a high attention to detail.Ability to manage complex requests and a demanding workload, prioritising appropriately.Customer focused approach, experienced in delivering excellence in service and support and working within agreed SLAs.Systems knowledge of Workday or ServiceNow is desirable.What's on OfferCompetitive Salary range of £45,000 - £50,000 (dependent on experience)Comprehensive benefits packageOpportunity to work in a fun and creative environmentChance to be part of a team that values innovation and growthCentral London LocationHybrid Working Arrangement (2 days in Office, 3 days WFH)This is an excellent opportunity for a People Operations Advisor looking to further their career within a vibrant and innovative company.
