Job Description

  • Leading the development and implementation of HR strategies.
  • Guiding and advising management on HR matters, including organisational changes.
  • Partnering with business leaders to understand their needs and provide tailored HR solutions.
  • Supporting employee engagement initiatives and promoting a positive company culture.
  • Overseeing talent management, including succession planning and employee development.
  • Managing employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Tracking and analysing HR metrics to identify areas for improvement.

The Successful Applicant

A successful People Business Partner should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the business services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees.
