They have offices in London and Manchester within the UK, this role is based in the Manchester location.Job DescriptionPensions / SIPP Client Services, Manchester location:Ensure that all client pension inquiries are responded to within defined service levels and in line with business standardsUnderstands client's needs, expectations and behaviours and provide the appropriate materials/responses to meet those needs.
