Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive assistance to clients regarding their pension and SIPP plans.
  • Retirement planning, advising on relevant taxation.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to client queries regarding SIPPS and Retirement face to face and over the phone
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in the Financial Services industry, specifically related to pensions and SIPPs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the company's continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of client records.
  • Assist with the training and development of junior staff members.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Pensions / SIPP Client Services candidate should have:

  • A deep understanding of Financial Services relating to pensions and SIPPs.
  • Excellent customer service skills; ideally face to face and over the phone
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities to present retirement plans to clients
  • An ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and development.
  • Must have RTW for the UK - sponsorship not provided.
