Job Description

  • Process and manage payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Manage the submission of pension and tax data to regulatory bodies.
  • Handle payroll queries from staff and external bodies.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of payroll data.
  • Assist with audits and financial reports.
  • Work closely with the HR department to ensure accurate staff data.
  • Stay updated with changes in payroll tax laws and regulations.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of payroll systems and processes.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have:

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of payroll systems and processes.
  • A strong understanding of payroll tax laws and regulations.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
