Job Description

As the Payroll Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Processing EMEA payrolls across 13 locations (monthly and timesheet)
  • Manage the benefits process
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Use ADP iHCM and handle queries
  • Accountable for payroll sign off alongside CFO and liaising with the Finance team
  • Support with development of ADP and other HRIS systems
  • Pay Review and Bonuses
  • Implementing procedures, new systems, and streamlining processes

The Successful Applicant

The successful Payroll Manager will:

Have experience in a similar role

Have working ADP/iHCM knowledge

What's on Offer

£49,000 - £65,000 per annum + discretionary annual bonus up to 20% of salary + hybrid working + potential for UK/international travel
