They are known for their innovative approaches and cutting-edge research in the field, making them a major player in the Life Science industry globally.Job DescriptionManage and oversee all aspects of payroll implementationEnsure payroll processes are in compliance with legal regulationsDevelop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets aligned with organisational goals.Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance department to streamline operationsImplement payroll processing solutions for enhanced efficiencyAddress any payroll-related issues and queriesTrain team members on payroll system usage and updatesMonitor payroll system to ensure accurate and timely processingReport on payroll operations to senior managementThe Successful ApplicantA successful Payroll Implementation Manager should have:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Some experience/knowledge in how to manage global or outside UK payroll implementation projects.Solid background in Accounting & Finance.Excellent knowledge of payroll systems, processes, regulations and software (experience with Neeyamo is a plus, as is Workday).Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail and high accuracy.Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and cultures.Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality and compliance.What's on OfferCompetitive salary of approximately £250 GBP - £400 GBP per day + holiday pay (dependent on experience & skills)Opportunity to work fully remote3+ month temporary role with potential for continuous extensionExposure to a fast-paced, innovative environment in the Life Science industryBeing part of a dedicated and professional Accounting & Finance teamTake the next step in your career and join an industry leader.
