Job Description

  • Manage and maintain accurate payroll and sales ledger records.
  • Handle all payroll and sales ledger related inquiries.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
  • Adhere to financial policies, regulations and legislation.
  • Assist with financial audits when required.
  • Work collaboratively with the Accounting & Finance team to meet departmental objectives.
  • Contribute to the continual improvement of financial processes and systems.
  • Support other financial projects as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Payroll and Sales Ledger should have:

  • A working knowledge of Payroll
  • Excellent skills in managing payroll and sales ledgers.
  • A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A strong ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
