Job Description



  • Process monthly payroll for UK employees in collaboration with external payroll providers


  • Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with all statutory regulations


  • Administer employee benefits schemes, including pensions, healthcare, and other perks


  • Provide guidance to employees on payroll and benefits queries


  • Work with HR and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy and reporting integrity


  • Support audits and year-end processes including P11Ds and other HMRC requirements


  • Continuously review and enhance payroll and benefits processes for efficiency and compliance



The Successful Applicant



  • Proven experience in a payroll/benefits position, preferably within a financial or professional services environment


  • Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation and employee benefits schemes


  • High attention to detail and excellent numerical skills


  • Proficiency in payroll systems (e.g. ADP, Sage, or similar) and Microsoft Excel


  • A team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills


  • CIPP qualification (or working towards it) is desirable
