Job Description

  • Data Entry & sense checking of work uploaded
  • Process payroll data accurately and on time for all employees.
  • Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring compliance with current regulations.
  • Collaborate with the accounting and finance department to resolve payroll discrepancies.
  • Prepare and distribute payslips and related documentation as required.
  • Assist in responding to payroll-related queries from staff and management.
  • Ensure confidentiality of employee payroll information at all times.
  • Support audits by providing relevant payroll documentation.
  • Identify and implement process improvements within payroll operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Payroll Admin should have:

  • Previous experience in payroll processing, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • A strong understanding of payroll systems and relevant software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines under pressure.
