Job Description

  • Provide expert advice on pay structures, benefits, and allowances.
  • Collaborate with senior management to support budget planning and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to pay and benefits.
  • Analyse and report on pay trends and their impact on employee retention.
  • Manage the administration of reward schemes and employee benefits programmes.
  • Support the development of policies to enhance overall employee satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Pay & Reward Manager should have:
