Job Description

  • Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Data entry.
  • Reconcile supplier statements to ensure accuracy of accounts.
  • Handle payment runs and ensure payments are processed on schedule.
  • Assist with month-end procedures, including ledger reconciliation.
  • Maintain organised records of financial transactions and documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers to resolve invoice discrepancies.
  • Support the accounting team with ad hoc administrative tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Part Time Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:

  • Previous experience in a purchase ledger or similar accounting role.
  • Experience in processing invoices.
