Job Description

  • Process payroll accurately and in compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Manage payroll queries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate payroll records for employees.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure seamless financial reporting.
  • Support the preparation and submission of payroll-related tax and statutory filings.
  • Ensure compliance with all payroll-related legal obligations and company policies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within payroll operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Payroll professional should have:

  • Proven experience in payroll processing within a Professional Services environment.
  • Strong understanding of payroll regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and related tools.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of an Accounting & Finance team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • 2/3 days work per week.
