Job Description

The Part Time Finance Manager will be responsible for:

· Overview of banking, outsourced payroll, AP and AR

· Accounts preparation, reporting and compliance.

· Improving financial controls, processes, driving automation and systems to enable effectiveness and efficiency

· Managing the small and experienced Finance team

· Preparation of the monthly management pack in a timely manner and reviewing and reporting of key variances.

· Preparation of budgets and management information as requested.

  • Liaising with auditors and other professional advisors

The Successful Applicant

A successful Part Time Finance Manager should have:

  • A strong technical background in accounting and finance.
  • Professional qualifications in finance or accounting (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and financial tools.
  • The ability to analyse financial data and present clear insights.
  • Experience in managing budgets and improving financial processes.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confidence in working independently and making informed decisions.
