Job Description

  • Developing, implementing and optimising paint processes.
  • Ensuring the efficiency and quality of all paint applications.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Working closely with production personnel to solve manufacturing issues.
  • Adhering to health and safety standards within the paint department.
  • Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Training and mentoring junior members of the team.
  • Providing technical support to the engineering and manufacturing department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Paint Manufacturing Engineer should have:
