We're on the lookout for a Marketing Executive with strong Paid Social experience to take ownership of campaigns and be the face of the role when representing the business at events.

Job Description

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing Paid Social campaigns across multiple platforms, with a strong focus on Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Developing and executing strategies to optimise performance and ROI.
  • Creating engaging ad copy and content tailored to target audiences.
  • Analysing campaign data, reporting insights, and making data-driven improvements.
  • Attending events and networking opportunities, confidently representing the brand.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to align social strategy with broader marketing goals.

The Successful Applicant

Paid Social - Marketing Executive - What We're Looking For:

  • ESSENTIAL - Proven experience in Paid Social marketing-Meta experience is essential. Please do not apply if you do not have at least 2 years Paid Social experience .
  • ESSENTIAL - Excellent communication skills-you'll need to be comfortable being the face of the role at events.
  • Confident managing ad spend, targeting, and campaign performance.
  • Strong analytical mindset to track results and optimise campaigns.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
