Job Description

  • Develop new and innovative packaging solutions for a variety of FMCG products.
  • Work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure packaging designs are feasible and cost-effective.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to align packaging with brand identity.
  • Conduct market research to stay abreast of the latest packaging trends within the FMCG industry.
  • Oversee testing of packaging prototypes to ensure they meet all necessary standards.
  • Prepare and present packaging proposals to key stakeholders.
  • Lead sustainability initiatives within the packaging development process.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Packaging Development Specialist should have:

  • Proven experience in packaging development within a manufacturing setting
  • A strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a creative approach to design.
  • A commitment to sustainability and eco-friendly design practices.
