Job Description



  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.


  • Organize meetings, including agenda preparation and minute taking.


  • Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.


  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.


  • Conduct research, compile reports, and prepare presentations.


  • Handle personal errands and ad-hoc tasks as requested.


  • Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors or service providers.


  • Assist with social media, communications, or project coordination (if applicable).

The Successful Applicant



  • Proven experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or similar role.


  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).


  • Ability to multitask and work independently under pressure.


  • Discretion and trustworthiness with confidential information.
