As an Oracle Talent Management Consultant, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimising Oracle Fusion Talent Management modules, including Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP), Performance Management, Promotions, Succession, Deputation, Secondment, and Transfers. This role requires a strong process design mindset and experience working with Oracle implementation partners.

A leading institution in Abu Dhabi undergoing a major Oracle transformation.

Job Description

  • Lead the configuration and customisation of Oracle Fusion Talent Management to align with business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise strategic workforce planning, mobility, and succession processes.
  • Work with Oracle implementation partners to ensure a seamless migration from Oracle EBS to Fusion.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical and functional issues while providing workarounds when necessary.
  • Support data migration, reporting, and system integrations.
  • Train and guide business users on best practices for Oracle Fusion Talent Management.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM/Talent Management, with expertise in SWP, PM, and Mobility.
  • Background in Oracle EBS to Fusion transformations.
  • Hands-on experience in business process design and system configuration.
  • Strong experience with Oracle implementation partners.
  • Fluency in Arabic is required.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to be based in Abu Dhabi.
