The role will be 5 days working on site in Hull.

Job Description

  • Coordinate with different department heads to identify and implement technology solutions
  • Manage the Operations Technology
  • Manage the design and execution of system tests
  • Oversee the development of customised software solutions
  • Ensure all technology operations align with company and industry regulations
  • Develop and manage the technology budget
  • Identify opportunities for web and tech advancement within the FMCG department
  • Lead the training and development of team members in new technologies
  • Conduct regular technology audits to ensure optimal performance

The Successful Applicant

A successful Operations Technology Manager should have:

  • A degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Proficient knowledge of technological trends and developments
  • Experience in project management and team leadership
  • Strong understanding of budgeting and financial management
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
