Job Description

  • Leading and supervising a small team across production, packaging and warehousing functions
  • Maintaining stock accuracy across raw materials, packaging, and finished goods
  • Supporting production scheduling and planning, in coordination with internal stakeholders
  • Upholding health & safety and quality assurance standards across all operational activities
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimise processes and reduce waste



The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in an operational role in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong leadership or supervisory experience in a hands-on environment
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive mindset and a genuine passion for operations and process improvement
