Troubleshoot order issues and collaborate with teams to resolve discrepancies.Claims Management: Lead the team in resolving claims related to damaged goods and delivery issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with policies.Stock Control: Monitor inventory, reconcile stock with systems, and coordinate with purchasing and sales teams to align stock levels with demand. Manage slow-moving or obsolete stock.Importing: Assist with importing goods, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with regulations.
