Job Description



  • Order Processing:
    Manage daily order fulfilment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Troubleshoot order issues and collaborate with teams to resolve discrepancies.


  • Claims Management:
    Lead the team in resolving claims related to damaged goods and delivery issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with policies.


  • Stock Control:
    Monitor inventory, reconcile stock with systems, and coordinate with purchasing and sales teams to align stock levels with demand. Manage slow-moving or obsolete stock.


  • Importing:
    Assist with importing goods, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with regulations. Coordinate with customs and logistics providers for smooth processes.


  • Team Leadership:
    Lead and develop a team of five, fostering a positive environment and ensuring training on company procedures and regulations.


  • Data Analysis:
    Prepare reports on key metrics and provide actionable insights to senior management for continuous improvement.



The Successful Applicant

  • 2-5 years of experience in an operations role, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in order processing, invoicing, stock control, and claims management within a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in importing and customs documentation is highly preferred.
  • A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
  • High attention to detail and continuous improvement focused
