We are seeking an Operations Specialist within Transfer Agency to manage and monitor daily transfer agency activities. The ideal candidate will be experienced in a BAU transfer agency role.
  • BAU Transfer Agency role within Boutique Investment Manager.
  • 12 month Fixed Term Contract focusing based in West London.

Job Description

  • Manage and monitor daily transfer agency operations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to streamline processes.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of client records.



Transaction Processing

  • Processing subscription, redemption, switch and transfer instructions for our investment funds.
  • Liaising with our Transfer Agent on any issues related to client transactions



Data Management

  • Ensuring our client/account records are updated with any changes in a timely and accurate manner



System and Process Improvement

  • Where required, assist with any procedural improvements related to investor accounts or transaction processing

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Operations Specialist - Transfer Agency' should have:

  • A degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience within a transfer agency role within Financial Services.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with banking software.
